1. Acceptance
By using the ADR Refine website at adrefine.hair and requesting services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These terms are binding between you and ADR INTERIOR RENOVATION LLC.
2. Estimates and Contracts
Quotes are valid for 30 days. A signed contract is required before work begins. Change orders must be in writing.
3. Payment
Payment schedule defined in contract. Late payments incur 1.5 percent monthly interest. Lien rights reserved under Ohio law.
4. Project Access
Client provides reasonable site access, parking, utilities, and storage space. Delays caused by client conditions may affect timeline and cost.
5. Permits and Inspections
ADR Refine obtains required permits. Client responsible for HOA approvals and any associated fees. Inspection failures due to pre-existing conditions are client responsibility.
6. Warranty
Workmanship warranted for 2 years. Material warranties per manufacturer. Warranty excludes damage from normal wear, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
7. Limitation of Liability
Liability limited to contract value. Not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
Governed by Ohio law. Disputes in Summit County, Ohio.
9. Changes
Terms may be modified. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
